Recognizing Pride Month
As we recognize Pride Month, we are conscious that our LGBTQIA+ neighbors, especially trans individuals, face persistent housing challenges and continue to be at a heightened risk of homelessness.
LGBTQIA+ Americans are almost three times more likely (17%) to experience homelessness than their heterosexual neighbors (6%) 1.
At The Partnership, we believe that homelessness can be ended and safe and affordable housing is a human right for all. Thanks to your invaluable support, we provide vital rental and housing assistance and supportive services to those at risk of losing their homes, effectively preventing homelessness.
This month, we recognize our Queer clients, staff, supporters and friends and thank you for your partnership. Together, we are advancing equity and ending homelessness by preventing it.
