Trinity Church NYC Renews Its Partnership in Homelessness Prevention

We are excited to announce Trinity Church NYC’s renewed support of The Partnership To End Homelessness for our homelessness prevention programming. With this continued partnership, more vulnerable New Yorkers will be able to find greater stability by remaining in their homes and communities.

Together, we are disrupting the cycles of housing insecurity that have resulted in mass homelessness, ensuring that New Yorkers can feel secure in the safety of home and building stronger communities through the effort.
