Strengthening Our Community

As part of our FY26-28 strategy, The Partnership has launched its latest community-based initiative: The Interfaith Network to Prevent Homelessness.

Eviction is a leading cause of homelessness in NYC, with more than 330,000 households in rental arrears and at risk of losing their homes. When struggling, people often first turn to houses of worship, and faith leaders are natural allies in the long-term work to increase homelessness prevention services and impact.

Expanding Stability

United Way of New York City and the National Grid Foundation have generously awarded The Partnership a Powering Possibility Utility Assistance grant.

Thanks to their support, we are providing direct utility assistance to Queens households to prevent service shut-offs, reduce utility arrears and connect residents to energy assistance programs and education resources that strengthen long-term stability. Pickleball for The Partnership

Our Young Professionals are hosting their third annual Pickleball Tournament on Sunday, October 18 at 9AM in Brooklyn!

All skill levels are welcome. Paddles and nets will be provided, but please let us know if you can bring your own.
